Proudly giving back to our communities
For each of the independent contractors and their employees, it is not only important to provide quality electrical construction to area projects, but it is also important to give back to the community.
Our impact on the community is evident through hundreds of volunteer construction hours worked, in addition to volunteering thousands of hours with other community organizations. We are proud to partner with numerous organizations and causes in order to make our community a better place to live and work.
Here are a few of the many ways each of our member contractors give back to the community:
Smoke Detector Installation
The Red Cross and the Western Berks Fire Department teamed up with affiliates of Pennsylvania Electrical Contractor Solutions to install smoke detectors in a local community. The joint campaign ensured 45 homes were equipped with 171 working smoke detectors in Sinking Spring.
Along with members of the Red Cross and the fire department, area electricians canvassed the Sinking Spring community, toting ladders and buckets of materials needed to install the smoke detectors. They spent the day installing these life-saving devices in homes, helping to make the community a safer place.
