The Region’s Safest Electrical Workforce
For many project decision makers, safety is a top priority when selecting a construction workforce. One accident can cause an injury or result in a death, which can temporarily shut down all construction activity, delay the completion date and increase costs.
The independently owned Pennsylvania Electrical Contractor Solutions affiliates believe in employing electricians and electrical workers who receive industry-leading safety certifications and rigorously follow all safety standards on the jobsite. They want all of their employees to return home at the end of their shift. To help enable our workforce to be the safest on all jobs, we regularly have pre-job meetings and assessments, drug testing, safety audits and training, job safety analysis, Process Safety Management Training and background checks, as well as full time Safety Directors on the job site.
All of our independent contractors hold yearly company safety orientation to all field personal and management to comply with state and local codes and follow all AHCA American Health Care Act Standards leading to lower EMR which help our customers save on project insurance.
Through OSHA training, their employees learn how to work safely, including being taught the latest safety protocols. As technology within the construction industry increases, so do the dangers poised to workers. By ensuring their employees are OSHA certified, they are showing their commitment to project owners, general contractors, plant managers, maintenance managers and other key decision makers to not only preach safety, but make sure their electricians and electrical workers are safe while performing their dangerous trade.
A safe electrical workforce helps our affiliates keep their Workers’ Compensation rates low, which are reflected in their bids.
Furthermore, by not only avoiding accidents, but by preventing them, their electricians and electrical workers help eliminate unwarranted down times due to injury or death, helping to keep the project on schedule, which will save money.
