HB Frazer, a preferred PECS contractor, is wrapping up their portion of an innovative project at the Business Park at Maidencreek.
Located directly off of Allentown Pike, the business park will give small business owners and entrepreneurs an opportunity to occupy space on one of eastern Pennsylvania’s busiest roadways.
This commercial project will help the small business entrepreneur, by offering viable options for owners to leverage the economies of scale while offering new and versatile work spaces to assist in moving their businesses forward.
The Business Park at Maidencreek is comprised of 11 buildings totaling 33,000 square-feet of space. Each building will be divided into two units (1500 square-feet), but depending on tenant needs, other options are available.
Once complete, the project will resemble a welcoming neighborhood.
The estimated project cost is $3.4 million and all 11 structures are equipped to handle deliveries and have ample space for product storage and parking. Work on Business Park at Maidencreek began on March 1, 2019 and is set to be completed this March.

Among the tasks completed by HB Frazer electricians and electrical workers were the installation of 6,000 feet of conduit, plus the primary conduit for Met-Ed. The project also calls for 70,000-feet of MC cable and an additional 10,000-feet of 4/0.
All lighting, both interior and exterior, is LED. HB Frazer installed 23 outdoor LED pole lights. They also performed service work on the project, including a 200-amp 120/240-volt single-phase service for each unit on the property.
HB Frazer was selected to perform an estimated 3,000 hours of work based on their track record of completing work on-time and on-budget. They are known for working safely and for providing a final product, which is sure to please customers.
