Pennsylvania Electrical Contractor Solutions preferred contractor, Hirneisen Electric will be working to complete yet another project at the Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center in Reading.
Their latest project is to renovate an existing portion of the facility. It is just one of the projects being completed for Penn State Health to provide a higher quality service to the region.
The project is in phase three of four and, so far, has been completed safely, on-time and on-budget. Currently, third phase demolition is taking place.
When the project is complete, the hallway lighting system will be renovated to include a new lighting system, emergency lighting and exit signs on each of the three floors.
The second floor has the most expansive work. When completed, there will be all new layout power and LED lighting. Additionally, the second floor renovation will include a nurse calling system and new fire alarm system.
This third phase is expected to be safely completed on-time and on-budget at the end of July.
Thanks to their past experience working on the health campus and their expertise in medical and office construction, Hirneisen Electric was the perfect fit for this project. At most, the project will require a crew of five electricians.
