Sep 10, 2019 11:37:38 AM / by Pennsylvania Electrical Contractor Solutions Admin

An independently owned Pennsylvania Electrical Contractor Solutions affiliate is set to complete a nine-week remodel of the Target Store located at Broadcasting Square in Spring Township, Penn.

The project employed six electricians who will have worked approximately 2,200 man hours. More hours may be added if additional work is required outside of the original specs.

The renovation will change store the store’s overall layout, signage and displays.

Work will change the store’s lighting system, as Target, like many companies, is making the  switch to LED lighting in order to save money on their electric bill, as well as contributing to a green energy movement.

In addition to the lighting changes and store remodel, Target is also adding a nursing station for mothers at this location. A Starbucks is being added at the front of the store to serve guests.

Target is currently investing in store remodels nationwide. In the past two years, Target remodeled more than 400 stores and plans to remodel about 600 more before 2021.

This is a quality job, which has put local electricians to work and helped to keep local tax dollars, such as income tax, in the communities where these electricians work.
